Caspar and Bjørn report that the visit has given them a confirmation that the incubator which BTO is connected to, Nyskapingsparken, is performing/operating/managing quite well on several aspects. But at the same time as it has a lot to learn.

Innovation Norway organisor
The study trip to Silicon Valley was organised by Innovation Norway, initiated by the Nyskapingsparken Incubator and Inunet, a network for innovation communities in the Hordaland region. Several of the delegates expressed that this was a genuine revival-trip, and were affected by the positive entrepreneurship culture and energy they experienced on their visit to the 10 incubators.

Better on cooperating
– The businesses over here are better on cooperating and helping each other, even in the early phases of product- and business development. They share ideas without being afraid of being copied, says Caspar
